Overview This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Counselor will be responsible for providing individual and family counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and charting sessions. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate and timely records, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing crisis intervention when needed.
